Confirmed rumours have announced two new shimano dura ace groupsets: one new electronic groupset (EDA) and one new non-electronic (mechanical) groupset for end 2008 / begin 2009.
The new mechanical groupset will have levers that hide all the cables under the handlebar tape. The hoods are also a little bit reshaped. There are some rumours about two cogs up-shifting but I that are just unconfirmed rumours.
OEM bike manufacturers such as Giant and Trek will see the new groupsets at Taipei in March 2008. We will see the first peeks in probably the Tour the France and it will be announced at eurobike or interbike 2008.
Availability: I hope end 2008. But probably begin 2009. |
