Now I am getting a lot more data from myself and the riders I coach and am starting to make more use of the Performance Manager in CyclingPeaks I am keen to make sure that it's not garbage in garbage out. Is there a better way of determining the ATL and CTL constants?

How do you define 'garbage'?
I use the performance manager in cyclingpeaks and my warming up and cooling down on my bike before a weigh-training can be seen as garbage. But I import the workout in my profile. The training stress score (TSS) of it is low and the influence on ATL and CTL is low. |
